First of all, I was thinking of competing with an analysis, but I cannot find a food waste plan in my country Indonesia. Thus, I start the project with research on food wastes from a different designer event. In this way, I know what other designers believe that they can reduce food waste.
The whole working business usually has 1 thing, it is designed for households, not a business owner with the rest of the food. However, not all these studies have been designed specifically for Indonesia.

The article shook me, and Indonesia beat us even in food waste. In many, I am looking for another literature that explains who the person with a waste of food in Indonesia is.
